Dayna Ceruzzi, LPC, LCADC, SEP, CEDS, CFRC
I created Specialized Counseling Services with a focus on helping people work through trauma. Trauma can take many forms, from a single overwhelming event to ongoing or repeated stress. I specialize in supporting first responders and law enforcement professionals, as well as people working through addiction and eating disorders—areas where trauma is often part of the picture.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), which is an approach that works with the nervous system to help your body process and release the effects of trauma and stress. I am also trained in Inner Relationship Focusing, a mind-body, “parts” based approach that can help you better understand yourself, work through inner conflicts, and build a stronger sense of clarity and confidence.
In our work together, we’ll focus on the symptoms you’re experiencing and on the deeper patterns underneath them. I provide a supportive space to develop practical skills for managing challenges and improving the areas of life that matter most to you. My goal is to support you in finding more balance, building resilience, and feeling more like yourself again.
*Please note: I work with adult clients only*
