Dayna is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) which is an approach that works with the nervous system to help resolve symptoms and dysregulation from trauma. She has also trained in Inner Relationship Focusing which is a mind-body process and a form of “parts” work that assists clients in creating greater connection to self, resolution of inner conflicts, and increased feelings of confidence and clarity.

Working with Dayna can help you gain skills to manage your challenges, increase self-awareness and self-acceptance, as well as improve your day-to-day functioning which can reduce distress and strengthen relationships. She has an approach that is active, caring, and direct. You can expect her full attention, compassion, and non-judgment as you begin self exploration and change.
